Please note that when securing any pole or track to the wall, it is important to achieve secure fixings. It is also imperative to make sure the brackets sit perfectly level. If the brackets are unlevel, this may impede on the function of the gliders or rings when passing over the rail, particularly when installing one of our Italia bay pole systems.
