Bespoke pole sets will be replaced if damaged on arrival. This must be logged with the courier on delivery, and images taken.Returns for any reason other than damaged (see above) will not be accepted. Due to our contracts with third parties we have 48hrs from reciept of goods to reports any issues with your order. Outside of the 48hrs there is nothing we can do.
